Terms of Service

1. About these terms. This website is operated by The Vapor Parade ("The Vapor Parade," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Our products.
- Antique and vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, previously owned items that we clean and refurbish. They are sold as-is. Expect signs of age and use such as patina, wear, small scratches, or minor repairs. We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can; photos are part of the description.
- 3D-printed pieces are made to order on a pre-order basis. Because each is printed individually, small variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal and are not defects.
- Colors may look different on different screens.
4. Pre-orders. 3D-printed items enter production after you order. Production takes up to 14 days, followed by up to 7 days of shipping, so allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If we can't ship within the stated time, we'll email you with a revised date and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
5. Product use. Our storage pieces are decorative accessories for holding fragrance bottles and samples. They are not airtight or leak-proof unless a listing says otherwise. We are not responsible for spills, evaporation, or damage to fragrances or other items stored in or near our products. Antique pieces may contain older materials; they are not toys and are not intended for children.
6. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and may cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.
7. Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
8. Refunds and shipping. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property. All designs, 3D models, photos, and text on this site belong to The Vapor Parade or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs or content without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties. Except as stated in our Refund Policy and where prohibited by law, products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
13. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
